I have led programmes, services, transformations and teams; worked with customers, executives, engineers and suppliers; managed pressure, ambiguity and competing priorities; and learned that the hardest part of almost every complex situation eventually becomes human.
My perspective is also shaped outside work: books, sport, travel, machines, conversations, failure, curiosity and the constant habit of asking why something is done the way it is.

I do not need to be the expert in your industry to be useful. I need to understand the situation, recognise the patterns, ask the questions others avoid and stay independent enough to challenge the obvious answer.
